John J. McMahon, Jr.
is Chairman and a co-founder of Ligon Industries, LLC. He has been involved in direct equity investing for more than 30 years. Mr. McMahon worked for McWane, Inc., a closely held manufacturing holding company with over 20 plants and over one billion in sales, for 25 years. During his career at McWane, Inc., Mr. McMahon held numerous management positions including President and Chairman of the Board. Mr. McMahon negotiated over 25 acquisitions ranging from publicly held companies to small privately held companies. |

Mr. McMahon serves as Chairman of the Executive Committee of McWane, Inc; and is a director of Alabama National Bancorporation, National Bank of Commerce, Protective Life Insurance Company, ProAssurance, John H. Harland Company, UAB Health Systems, University of Alabama Health Services Foundation (Kirklin Clinic), Callahan Eye Foundation, Birmingham Police Foundation and the Birmingham Opera. Mr. McMahon also serves as President Pro-Tem of the board of trustees of the University of Alabama and as a trustee of Birmingham-Southern College. Mr. McMahon’s educational background includes an undergraduate degree from Birmingham-Southern College and a law degree from the University of Alabama. |

Leon A. Nolen, III is
Chief Executive Officer and a co-founder of Ligon Industries, LLC. He has been involved in direct equity investing for more than 25 years. Prior to founding Ligon Industries, LLC, Mr. Nolen worked for McWane, Inc. for over 25 years. During his career with McWane, Inc., Mr. Nolen held numerous management positions including Executive Vice President of McWane, Inc. and President of Ransom Industries, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of McWane, Inc. His post-acquisition improvements and synergies fueled the cash flow necessary to support McWane, Inc.’s growth through acquisitions. Mr. Nolen’s educational background includes a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama and an MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. |

James C. Delk, Jr. is
President of Ligon Industries and
Ligon Capital. Prior to joining
Ligon, Mr. Delk worked for McWane,
Inc. in various capacities including
Assistant General Manager of Kennedy
Valve Co. in Elmira, New York and
Vice President/General Manager of
McWane Cast Iron Pipe Company in
Birmingham, Alabama. Mr. Delk’s
educational background includes a
Bachelor of Science Degree in
Mechanical Engineering with Highest
Honors from The University of Texas
at Austin and a Master of Business
Administration Degree from the
Harvard Business School where he was
a Baker Scholar. |

Jon W. Whetsell is
Chief Financial Officer of Ligon Industries, LLC. He is responsible for the financial due diligence, banking and insurance relations, monthly financial reporting and operational consulting. Prior to Ligon Industries, LLC, Mr. Whetsell was a Business Assurance Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Mr. Whetsell’s educational background includes a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Kentucky. Mr. Whetsell is a certified public accountant. |

Jan J. Ehrhardt is Vice
President of Ligon Industries, LLC. She has been a part of Ligon
since its inception, after having served for 10 years as Assistant
Vice President and Secretary of McWane, Inc. Prior to McWane, Mrs.
Ehrhardt was the Controller of First Commercial Bank
in
Birmingham, before which she was an auditor with Price Waterhouse. Mrs. Ehrhardt’s educational background includes a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Alabama and a Masters Degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois. |
